School Library

The school library is very well utilised and we are continuously buying new books to maintain an up-to-date and relevant catalogue.  Each class will visit the library once a week to exchange books and are supported in their book choices by their classroom teacher.

Once a year we hold a book fair, which helps to raise money for new books.  We are also grateful for any donations received throughout the year.  During Book Week we run a number of initiatives to support reading, such as author visits, student presentations and buddy reading between classes, so keep an eye on the newsletters for upcoming events.

If you have any suggestions for new titles or authors, please do send a note or an email to the teacher in charge of library - Kirsty Gilroy (Room 3) - who will see if the item is able to be sourced for you.
